Tetsuya Oishi (大石 鉄也, Oishi Tetsuya, born November 26, 1979) is a former Japanese football player. He was born in Shizuoka Prefecture on November 26, 1979. Oishi played as a Midfielder during his professional career.

Tetsuya Oishi's Football Journey
Tetsuya Oishi started his football journey after finishing high school. He joined a team called Kawasaki Frontale in 1998. At that time, the team was part of the Japan Football League.
Moving Up in Leagues
His team, Kawasaki Frontale, did very well. They were promoted to the J2 League in 1999. Then, in 2000, they moved up again to the top league, the J1 League. Even though the team was doing great, Tetsuya Oishi did not get to play in many matches during this time.
Playing for Ventforet Kofu
In 2002, Tetsuya Oishi moved to another team, Ventforet Kofu, on a temporary loan. This team was also in the J2 League. Here, he had more chances to play and was on the field for many games in 2002. However, in 2003, he did not play as much.
Returning to Kawasaki Frontale and Retirement
After his loan ended, Tetsuya Oishi went back to Kawasaki Frontale in 2004. But he did not play in any matches that season. At the end of 2004, he decided to retire from professional football.
