The Culinary Institute of America at Copia is a special school in Napa, California. It's part of a bigger cooking college called the the Culinary Institute of America. This campus, often called The CIA at Copia, opened in 2016. It's a place where people can learn all about food and wine. The CIA at Copia and another campus, The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, are the school's California locations.

The Culinary Institute of America bought the Copia campus in 2015. Before that, the building was a museum named Copia from 2001 to 2008. When it reopened in 2016, The CIA at Copia started offering new programs. These include a Food Business School and special cooking classes.

The Copia building is very large, about 78,632 square feet. Outside, there's a big amphitheater that can seat 1,000 people. There are also many different gardens. The campus has a 250-seat theater called the Theater at Copia. This theater is used for talks and is a main spot for the Napa Valley Film Festival. It also hosts events for food and wine experts.

The college offers fun, hands-on cooking classes in Copia's teaching kitchens. There's also a 72-seat theater, the Napa Valley Vintners Theater. Here, daily food and wine classes are held. CIA chefs bring the food right to your table. The meals are inspired by fresh ingredients from Napa Valley and the CIA gardens. They are often paired with special drinks or wines. There are also three private dining rooms. Copia also has Grove, a relaxed outdoor patio. It has a wood-burning oven and a bar.

There's a store on site too. You can find cooking tools, pottery, home items, books, and more. Sometimes, the store has live cooking demonstrations and book signings.

The CIA at Copia also has a special wine collection. It holds many rare and fine wines. Plus, there's the Chuck Williams Culinary Arts Museum. This museum has about 4,000 old cooking items.
