The Hardy Boys is an exciting American animated series that first aired on Saturday mornings in 1969. It was made by a company called Filmation. The show follows the famous mystery-solving brothers, Frank and Joe Hardy.

But there's a twist! In this cartoon, Frank and Joe are also part of a rock band. They tour around with their friends Chubby Morton, Wanda Kay Breckenridge, and Pete Jones. While on tour, they don't just play music; they also solve thrilling mysteries! Pete Jones was one of the first Black characters to appear on Saturday morning TV, which was a big deal.

You might notice something cool about the show's beginning and end. The opening and closing credits actually show the Hardy Boys in real life! This series came out around the same time as another popular mystery cartoon, Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!, which was on a different channel.

Meet the Voices!
