How The Tiaras Started
The Tiaras were formed in the mid-1960s. A talented musician named Al Rain created the group. He was a composer and producer. Al Rain also wrote the songs that The Tiaras sang.
Their Music
The Tiaras released two special records called 7-inch singles. These were small records with one song on each side. Their songs were "Where Does All the Time Go" and "Foolish Girl."
The group also sang backup for other artists. This means they sang harmonies behind the main singer. They helped other groups like Grant Smith & The Power sound even better.
One of their songs, "Where Does All the Time Go," got noticed by a famous music magazine. This magazine was called Billboard. They wrote about the song in 1968.
After The Tiaras
The Tiaras group stopped performing together in 1969. But the members went on to do amazing things!
- Brenda Russell became a very successful singer and songwriter. She was even nominated for a Grammy Award.
