About the Tower
The Tower, Meridian Quay has 29 floors. This is twice as many floors as the BT Tower, which was the tallest building in Swansea before this one. Most of the floors in the tower are homes, called apartments.
On the ground floor, there is a special desk called a concierge desk. Someone is always there, 24 hours a day, to help residents. The very top three floors of the tower are home to a restaurant called the Grape and Olive. This restaurant is run by a company from Cardiff called S. A. Brain & Co. Ltd.. It's a great spot to enjoy food with an amazing view!
One of the most expensive homes in the tower was a special apartment called a penthouse. This penthouse was on the 26th floor and was sold for a lot of money – £1 million!
