Theophlius Killion is an American businessman. He is best known for being the CEO of Zale Corporation from 2010 to 2014. During his time there, he helped the company recover from a difficult financial period. He also served on the board of directors for other companies like Express, Inc. and Jewelers of America.

Early Life and Education
Theo Killion attended The Hill School. He then went to Tufts University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in history and English. He graduated with honors. In 1975, he also received a master's degree in education from Tufts University.
Career Highlights
Before leading Zale Corporation, Killion worked in human resources for several well-known companies. He was an executive vice president at Tommy Hilfiger (company). He also worked at The Limited Brands from 1996 to 2004, where he was in charge of human resources for different parts of the company.
Leading Zale Corporation
Killion joined Zale Corporation in 2008. He held several important roles there. He started as an executive vice president. Later, he became the president of Zale Corporation in 2008. From January to September 2010, he served as the interim chief executive officer. This means he was the temporary leader before becoming the official CEO.
He became the chief executive officer of Zale Corporation in September 2010. He stayed in this role until 2014. During his leadership, he helped turn the company around when it was facing financial trouble. After Zale Corporation was bought by Signet Jewelers Limited, Killion became the chief executive officer of the Zale Division there for a short time in 2014.
