Theodemund facts for kids
Theodemund was a king of the Suevi people in a region called Galicia. This area is now part of modern-day Spain and Portugal. He ruled sometime between the years 469 and 550.
Historians don't know much about Theodemund because this time period was very unclear. What we do know comes from an old document written in the 1100s. This document mentions a king named Theodemundus who ruled the Suevi people.

Who Were the Suevi?
The Suevi were a Germanic group who settled in the Iberian Peninsula (where Spain and Portugal are today) during the 5th century. They created their own kingdom in Galicia.
Life in the Suevi Kingdom
