Thousandsticks is a small place in Leslie County, Kentucky, in the United States. It's not an official town or city, but it's a community where people live. You can find Thousandsticks where the Hal Rogers Parkway meets Kentucky Route 118, about 3.5 miles (5.6 kilometers) northwest of a place called Hyden. There used to be a post office here, but it closed in 2005.

The community of Thousandsticks got its name from a nearby stream called Thousandsticks Branch. People have lived and worked in this area for a long time. A post office opened in Thousandsticks way back in 1924, helping people send and receive mail for many years.
