Tierre Brown (born June 3, 1979) is an American basketball player. He played as a Point guard or shooting guard and had a long career in both the NBA and other leagues around the world.

Tierre Brown's Basketball Journey
Tierre Brown started his professional basketball career in 2001. He had just finished college at McNeese State University. His first team was the Houston Rockets in the NBA.
Playing in the NBA
After playing for the Rockets, Tierre joined the Cleveland Cavaliers for part of the 2002–03 season. He played fifteen games with them. The next season, 2003–04, he played three games for the New Orleans Hornets.
One of his most active NBA seasons was 2004–05 when he played for the famous Los Angeles Lakers. He played in most of their games that year. In total, Tierre played 134 games in the NBA. He averaged about 3.9 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 2 assists per game. His last NBA game was on April 11, 2005.
Success in the D-League
Besides the NBA, Tierre Brown also played in the NBA Development League (now called the G League). This league helps players develop their skills. In 2004, Tierre was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the NBA Development League, which is a huge honor!
In January 2006, he joined the Albuquerque Thunderbirds in the D-League. He helped lead his team to win the NBDL Championship that year. Later, in 2008, he was chosen by the Anaheim Arsenal in the D-League Draft.
Playing Around the World
Tierre Brown also played basketball in other countries. He went to Europe and played for Basket Napoli in Italy in 2006 and 2007. He also played for Cimberio Varese, another Italian team, from 2007 to 2008.
Later in his career, he played for teams in other parts of the world. In 2010 and 2011, he played for Al-Rayyan in Qatar. In 2012, he was with Toros de Aragua in Venezuela. From 2013 to 2014, he played for Tsmoki-Minsk in Belarus. His final team was Gaiteros del Zulia in Venezuela, where he signed in 2015.
