Tiffany Williams (born 5 February 1983) is an American athlete. She is known for running in hurdle races. Tiffany was a US champion in the 400m hurdles in both 2007 and 2008. She was born in Miami, Florida.

Tiffany Williams had a great college sports career. She went to the University of South Carolina. There, she won the SEC championship three years in a row. She was also named an "All-American" 15 times. This means she was one of the best college athletes in the country.
Major Races and Achievements
Tiffany competed in many important races. She finished fourth at the World Junior Championships in 2002. Later, she came in second at the World Athletics Final in 2006.
She also won a silver medal in the 4 x 400 metres relay race. This was at the World Indoor Championships in 2006.
In 2008, Tiffany made the US Olympic team. She won the 400m hurdles final at the US Olympic Trials. This big event happened in Eugene, Oregon.
