Professor Dr. Tijion Esho, born on October 23, 1981, is a British doctor who specializes in cosmetic treatments and is also a television personality. He started a company called CULTSKIN and is known as the main cosmetic doctor on the E4 TV show Body Fixers.

Early Life and Education

Tijion Esho grew up in North London and has Nigerian family roots. When he was younger, he went to Edmonton County Secondary School.

In 2000, Dr. Esho began his medical studies at Leicester Medical School. He finished his degree in medicine in 2005. After that, he completed more training to become a surgeon and then a general practitioner (GP).

Career Highlights

Dr. Esho began his career working for the NHS, which is the public health service in the UK. He trained as a surgeon and then as a GP. Later, he started his own clinic, first called Le Beau Ideal Lifestyle Clinic, which he later renamed The ESHO Clinic in 2013. This clinic has locations in London and Newcastle upon Tyne.

In 2016, Dr. Esho created a special tool called Midas By Esho. This tool helps doctors perform lip augmentations, which are procedures to make lips fuller. He has also developed new ways to use lasers for skin treatments and a special technique for lip fillers called the Nano Droplet technique. He also created the Cupid’s Bow Lift and a new approach to Botox treatments called Robot Botox.

In 2017, Dr. Esho launched his own line of beauty products, working with a company called Deciem. He has also spoken out about the need for stronger safety rules in the UK for cosmetic surgery.

In March 2025, Dr. Esho was given the title of Honorary Professor of Practice in Medical Aesthetics. This award recognized his commitment to patient safety, his new treatment methods, and his ethical practices in the beauty industry. He also received a SEED Award from Queen Mary University of London in 2025 for his contributions to education.

Television Appearances

In 2016, Dr. Esho became the main cosmetic doctor on the E4 reality show Body Fixers. This show was a spin-off from another E4 show called Tattoo Fixers. Body Fixers first aired in September 2016 and was popular enough to have a second season. Before Body Fixers, Dr. Esho also appeared as a guest on Channel 4’s show Bodyshockers.

The ESHO Initiative

In October 2016, Dr. Esho started a charity clinic called the ESHO Initiative. He worked with Church Pharmacy and Cosmetronic to create this. The clinic helps people who have had cosmetic procedures go wrong, or those with birth defects, severe scars, or disfigurements. It provides them with corrective treatments.
