Timofey Andreevich Morozov (born on October 1, 1998), known as Tima Belorusskih, is a popular singer, rapper, and songwriter from Belarus. He started his music journey using the name Samzanov. Later, he began releasing songs as Tima Belorusskih.

His song "Wet Sneakers" became a huge hit. It was very popular in Russia in 2018. This song also won an award for "Hit of the Year." Timofey Andreevich Morozov was born in Minsk, the capital city of Belarus, on October 1, 1998. Music was a big part of his life from a very young age. His mother was a music teacher, and his father was an opera singer.

His mother enjoyed listening to music by the English musician Sting. His father liked the guitarist and pianist Leonid Agutin. Tima's father often sang and played the piano at home. After his parents separated when he was three, Tima would go on tours with his father in Germany every summer.

Growing up with music

Tima always loved music. When he was six, his parents took him to a music school. He tried different instruments and chose to play the cello. Even though he didn't play sports professionally, he really liked football when he was younger. Over time, his interest shifted more towards music.

Before becoming a famous singer, Tima had different jobs. He sold ice cream and worked as a dockworker. When his hit song "Wet Sneakers" came out, he was working as a server in a restaurant.

Education and career start

After finishing primary school, Tima went to the Belarusian State Academy of Music. He later moved to a college that focused on languages. After finishing school, he started studying art, but he only attended for a short time. He always got good grades in school.

In 2016, the Kaufman Label, his current music company, held auditions. Tima performed, but only one of the three judges liked his performance at first. After listening to other artists, the label's manager asked the judges to listen to Tima's song "RASSVET." They liked it but thought it needed some changes. Later, they contacted Tima very early in the morning to invite him to the studio.

Tima chose his stage name, Tima Belorusskih, because he wanted to stay connected to Belarus. He wanted to remember his home country even when he became popular in other places.

Personal life

Tima Belorusskih prefers to keep his private life separate from his music career. He is rarely seen with his girlfriend in public. In 2019, it was shared that he has a daughter named Sofia, who was born in 2015.
