Timber Hills is a small community in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It's known as a "census-designated place" (CDP). This means it's an area defined by the government for counting people. In 2010, about 360 people lived there.

Where is Timber Hills Located?

Timber Hills is found in the southwestern part of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. It is specifically in the southeastern area of South Londonderry Township. The nearby town of Mount Gretna borders Timber Hills to the east.

Roads and Nearby Towns

Pennsylvania Route 117 runs along the southern edge of Timber Hills. This highway can take you about 5 miles (8 km) northeast to Cornwall. If you head west for about 2 miles (3 km), you will reach Colebrook. Lebanon, which is the main city of the county, is about 9 miles (14 km) northeast of Timber Hills.

Water Features in Timber Hills

Timber Hills covers about 0.7 square miles (1.8 square kilometers) of land. A small part of this area, about 0.02 square miles (0.06 square kilometers), is water. Conewago Lake is located in the southern part of the community. Water flows out of this lake into Conewago Creek. This creek then flows southwest and eventually joins the Susquehanna River.
