Tomonori Tsunematsu (恒松 伴典, Tsunematsu Tomonori, born July 16, 1976) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a goalkeeper.
Tomonori Tsunematsu's Football Journey
Tomonori Tsunematsu was born in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, on July 16, 1976. He loved playing football from a young age. After finishing his studies at Fukuoka University, he joined a football club called Albirex Niigata in 1999. This was an exciting time because Albirex Niigata had just moved up to the J2 League, which is a professional football league in Japan.
Playing for Albirex Niigata
Tomonori Tsunematsu's first game for Albirex Niigata was on May 5, 1999. He came into the game as a substitute goalkeeper in the last minute (the 89th minute). This happened because the team's main goalkeeper had to leave the game.
His next game was on May 9. He played the entire match because the main goalkeeper was not allowed to play. Even though he played well, these were the only two games Tomonori Tsunematsu played professionally. He decided to stop playing football at the end of the 1999 season.
