Treneé McGee (born July 5, 1994) is an American politician. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Since 2021, she has served in the Connecticut House of Representatives. She represents the 116th district. This district includes parts of New Haven and West Haven. When she was first elected, she was the youngest female member of the House.

Treneé McGee was born on July 5, 1994. She grew up in Connecticut. She went to Marymount Manhattan College. There, she earned a degree in Fine Arts.
Early Career and Election
Before joining the state government, Treneé McGee served her community. She was a member of the West Haven City Council. This role helped her understand local issues.
In December 2021, McGee was elected to the Connecticut House of Representatives. She won a special election. She was 27 years old at the time. Her election was historic. She became the youngest Black woman ever elected to the Connecticut General Assembly. She is also the youngest woman currently serving in the Connecticut House of Representatives.
