Trongsa District facts for kids

Trongsa District is a special area in the country of Bhutan. It is one of the 20 main parts, or "districts," that make up Bhutan. Think of it like a county or a large region within a country.
The main town and administrative center of Trongsa District is called Trongsa Dzong. A Dzong is a unique type of fortress-monastery found in Bhutan. It serves as both a religious center and a place where the local government works.
