Troy Joseph Glass, born on July 27, 2000, is an American actor, chef, and a popular online personality. He is known for his cooking skills and his appearances on TV shows and YouTube.
In 2013, when he was 12 years old, Troy became a semi-finalist on the first season of MasterChef Junior. He finished in fourth place on the cooking competition show. After MasterChef Junior, he cooked on other TV programs like The Home and Family Show and Access Hollywood.
Troy also competed on the cooking game show Food Fighters. He was the youngest person ever to compete on the show at 14 years old. He won $20,000 and a full scholarship to The Culinary Institute of America.
Troy has worked with famous YouTube creators, TheFineBros. He was a regular on their popular series Kids React. Later, he also appeared on Teens React starting in 2014. He was also a guest on another FineBros web series called MyMusic.
Besides cooking and YouTube, Troy has acted in several TV shows. He appeared in Modern Family, True Blood, and Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. He also had a main role in an episode of Nickelodeon's Deadtime Stories. Troy and his castmates from Deadtime Stories were interviewed on Piper's Quick Picks. He has also been in many commercials, music videos, and done voice-over work. Troy also trains in wrestling and mixed martial arts (MMA).

His Journey in Cooking and Acting
Troy sees his father and Oreste Di Gregorio, a head chef, as his cooking teachers. Troy's mother, Polly, works at a pizzeria.
Troy started cooking as a hobby when he was 7 years old. He began acting at age 10. He remembers his first time cooking with his grandmother during the holidays. They were making latkes, which took a long time.
Troy is currently in college and also trains to be a professional gamer. However, he says cooking is his main passion. He would even give up acting to become a professional chef. His favorite food to make is pasta.
