Tysaashvan facts for kids
Tysaashvan is a small village located in western Ukraine. It's part of the Uzhhorod district, which is like a county, within the Zakarpattia province, similar to a state.
For many years, between 1945 and 1995, the village was known by a different name: "Minieralnoye."
Who Lives in Tysaashvan?
In 2001, a special count of people called a census took place. This census showed that 852 people lived in Tysaashvan.
Most of the people living in the village are Hungarian. About 95.7% of the population, which is 815 people, are Hungarian. This makes them the largest group in Tysaashvan.
