The University of Nebraska–Lincoln (also known as Nebraska, UNL, or NU) is a large public school in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. It is the oldest and biggest university campus in the state. UNL is also the main school in the University of Nebraska system. It is known for its strong focus on research.
About UNL
The University of Nebraska–Lincoln was started in 1869. It is a "land-grant" university. This means the U.S. government gave land to the state to build a college. These schools often focus on farming, science, and engineering. UNL is also a "flagship" university. This means it is the main and most important university in the state's public university system.
Campus Life
