Västra Frölunda Idrottsförening is a Swedish football club. It is located in the city of Gothenburg. The club's name means "Västra Frölunda Sports Association" in English.

Västra Frölunda IF was started on January 2, 1930. Over the years, the team has played ten seasons in the Allsvenskan. This is the highest football league in Sweden.
