Vicellous Reon Shannon, born on April 11, 1971, is an American actor. He is well-known for playing Lesra Martin in the 1999 movie The Hurricane. He also played Keith Palmer, the son of a presidential candidate, in the Fox TV show 24. You might also remember him from the 2006 film Annapolis.

Early Life and Career Beginnings
Vicellous Shannon was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He grew up in Orange County, California. In high school, he was a talented baseball player. However, a serious hamstring injury stopped him from playing.
After his injury, Vicellous became interested in acting. He would take a two-hour bus ride to Laguna Beach. There, he studied drama. He helped out with chores at the acting school instead of paying for lessons. His first big role was in the TV series Dangerous Minds.
Family Life
Vicellous has two daughters. Sierra was born in 2000. Serena was born in 2003.
