Victor Lokai Loturi (born May 21, 2001) is a Canadian professional soccer player. He plays as a midfielder for the Scottish Premiership club Ross County. Victor also plays for the Canada national team.

Club Career
Starting Out in Soccer
Victor started playing organized soccer when he was nine years old. He joined a local club called Calgary Northside SC. He played there until 2018. In 2017, he played for his home province, Alberta, in the 2017 Canada Summer Games. In 2018, Victor joined a special training program with Calgary Foothills FC.
Playing for Cavalry FC
Victor joined Cavalry FC, a team in the Canadian Premier League, on April 17, 2019. He was the youngest player on the team that year. He played his first game on May 15. It was a Canadian Championship match against Pacific FC. On July 1, 2019, he played his first league game for Cavalry. They lost 3-1 to Pacific FC.
University and a Pandemic Break
After leaving Cavalry FC, Victor went to Mount Royal University. He planned to play soccer there, but the season was cancelled. This happened because of the COVID-19 pandemic. He was also going to play for Calgary Foothills again. However, that season was also cancelled due to the pandemic.
Back to Cavalry FC
After a year at Mount Royal University, Victor was chosen by Cavalry FC in the 2021 CPL–U Sports Draft. He signed a new contract with the club on June 18, 2021. This time, Victor became a very important player for Cavalry. He played in almost all of their games. Cavalry finished second in the regular season. But they lost in the playoffs. At the end of the season, Victor was nominated for a special award. It was for the Best Under-21 Canadian Player of the Year.
In January 2022, Cavalry announced that Victor would stay with the team. He signed a contract for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. There was also an option to play in 2024. On June 16, 2022, Victor was named to the CPL's Team of the Week.
Joining Ross County
On June 21, 2022, Cavalry FC announced that Victor was moving to Scotland. He joined Scottish Premiership team Ross County. Cavalry received a good amount of money for the transfer. They also kept a part of any future sale of Victor.
On July 16, Victor played his first game for Ross County. He came on as a substitute in a Scottish League Cup match. This game was against Dunfermline Athletic. Victor scored his first goal for Ross County on July 23. He scored the first goal in a big 7-0 win. This was against East Fife in the Scottish League Cup.
International Career
Victor can play for either Canada or South Sudan. He was born in Calgary, Canada. His parents are from South Sudan.
In March 2023, Victor was first considered for South Sudan's team. This was for their Africa Cup of Nations qualification games. But in the same week, Victor accepted an invitation to play for Canada. He joined Canada's team for CONCACAF Nations League matches. These were against Curaçao and Honduras.
In June 2023, he was chosen for Canada's final team. They played in the 2023 CONCACAF Nations League Finals. He did not play in the semi-final or final games. Canada finished second to the United States.
The day after the Nations League Finals, on June 19, Victor was named to the team for the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup. He played his first game for Canada on July 4. This was in Canada's last group stage match against Cuba. In May 2024, Victor was also included in the team for the 2024 Copa América.

Victor Loturi was born in Canada. His family comes from South Sudan. His brother, William Akio, is also a professional soccer player. William plays for the South Sudan national team.
