Vincent Luis was born on June 27, 1989. He is a professional triathlete from France. A triathlete is an athlete who competes in a triathlon, which is a race with three parts: swimming, cycling, and running.
Vincent Luis has won many important races. He won the ITU World Championship in both 2019 and 2020. He also helped the French national team win the Mixed Relay Team World Championship three times: in 2015, 2018, and 2019.
He competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2016 Summer Olympics. At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which happened in 2021, he won a bronze medal in the Mixed Relay event.
Vincent Luis also won the Junior World Championship and Junior European Championship in 2008. Over the years, he has won many French national titles too.

Early Career Achievements
Vincent Luis started competing in triathlons at a young age. Between 2006 and 2010, he took part in 23 competitions organized by the ITU. He often finished in the top ten, showing his talent early on.
He achieved great success as a junior athlete. In 2007, he earned a bronze medal at the Junior World Championships in Hamburg. The next year, 2008, was very special for him. He won both the Junior European Championships in Lisbon and the Junior World Championships in Vancouver. These wins showed that he was a rising star in the sport.
Vincent Luis continued to do well in European Cup races. He won events in Athlone in 2008 and Geneva in 2010. He also earned a bronze medal at the World Cup in Tongyeong in 2010. In 2011, he won the European Cup in Quarteira. These early successes helped him become the top triathlete he is today.
