Early Career and Zenit Leningrad

Vladimir started his professional football journey in 1980. His first team was FC Zenit Leningrad. This team played in the Soviet Top League, which was the highest football league in the Soviet Union at that time. He played a lot of games for Zenit Leningrad, showing his skills as a defender. He stayed with the club for many years, from 1979 to 1987. During this time, he played over 200 matches.

Moving to Other Clubs

After his time with Zenit, Vladimir played for other teams. In 1988, he briefly joined FC Dynamo Leningrad. Later that year, he moved to FC Dynamo Moscow, another well-known club. He played 25 games for them over two seasons.

Return to Zenit
