Vladimir Petrovich Kesarev (Russian: Владимир Петрович Кесарев; 26 February 1930 – 19 January 2015) was a famous Soviet Russian footballer. He played as a defender, which means his main job was to stop the other team from scoring goals.

He was a key player for FC Dynamo Moscow for many years. He also played for the USSR national football team.
