Vojtěch Lindaur loved music. In 1987, he worked as a record producer for a band called Precedens. He helped them create their very first album, which was named Doba ledová. A record producer helps musicians record their songs and make them sound great.

He also worked as a journalist. From 1990, he wrote for a magazine called Rock & Pop. He also had his own radio show. It was called Beatová klenotnice and was on Radio Beat. On his show, he would play and talk about music.
