Véronique Laury (born June 29, 1965) is a French businesswoman. She was the chief executive officer (CEO) of Kingfisher, a big retail company in the UK. She held this important job from February 2015 to September 2019. In March 2019, it was announced that she would leave Kingfisher. This happened after a plan she led, called "One Kingfisher," did not work as expected. The company's profits also went down.

Véronique Laury was born on June 29, 1965. She grew up in France. She went to a famous school in Paris called Sciences Po. Its full name is the Paris Institute of Political Studies.

Véronique Laury spent 15 years working at a company called Leroy Merlin in France. This company sells home improvement and gardening products.

Leading Kingfisher

In September 2014, it was announced that Laury would become the new CEO of Kingfisher plc. This is a large British company that sells home improvement goods. She took over the role from Ian Cheshire in February 2015.
