Bandy Success
Bandy is a winter sport played on ice, similar to ice hockey but with a ball instead of a puck. Waggeryds IK's men's bandy team had some great moments in Swedish sports history. They played in the top division of Swedish bandy in 1942. They also reached the top division again during the 1963–1964 season. Later, in 1970, the team played in the qualifying rounds, trying to get back into the top division.
