Warner, Ohio facts for kids
Warner is a small, unincorporated community located in Washington County, in the U.S. state of Ohio. An unincorporated community means it's a place where people live, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or a village. Instead, it's usually governed by the county.
History of Warner
The community of Warner has a simple but interesting past. It officially got its name when a post office was opened there in 1871. A few years later, around 1873, the area was planned out and settled. The community was named after a person called General A. J. Warner. He was likely an important figure in the area's early days.
