Wendelville is a small community known as a hamlet in New York, United States. It is located within the larger area called the Town of Pendleton. Wendelville is also part of Niagara County.

Wendelville is found in a region known as Western New York. It is located northeast of the big city of Buffalo.
The hamlet of Wendelville is in the south-central part of the Town of Pendleton. The main part of the hamlet is where Campbell Boulevard, also known as NY 270, meets Tonawanda Creek Road North, which is County Route 60. The Wendelville Volunteer Fire Company Station #1 is right on the northwest corner of this important intersection.
