Wesley King is a Canadian writer who creates exciting books for young people. Two of his books, which he wrote with basketball star Kobe Bryant, became super popular and were number one bestsellers! He lives in Lake Echo, Nova Scotia, in Canada.

About Wesley King
Wesley King was born in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. He studied journalism at Carleton University. Soon after finishing school, he started writing his first book, called The Vindico. By 2022, he had written 13 books!
Working with Kobe Bryant
In 2016, a famous basketball player named Kobe Bryant asked Wesley King to work with him on a new book series for kids. Their first book, Training Camp, came out in 2019 and quickly became a number one bestseller on the New York Times list. The second book, Season One, was released in 2020 after Kobe Bryant passed away. It also became a number one bestseller!
Writing About His Experiences
Wesley King has openly shared his experiences with mental health challenges. He wrote a popular book called OCDaniel in 2016. This book shares his own experiences growing up and even won an Edgar Award. He also published a book that tells what happened before OCDaniel in 2020.
