White Signal is a small community in Grant County, New Mexico, United States. It is called a census-designated place, which means it's a special area the government counts for population, but it's not a city or town with its own local government. In 2020, about 191 people lived there. A road called New Mexico State Road 90 goes right through the community.

White Signal got its name from a shiny, white rock nearby. Early settlers thought the sunlight reflecting off this rock looked like a signal. The community even had its own post office from 1909 to 1933.
