Will Robinson's Rugby League Journey

Will started his rugby league journey with the Balmain Tigers in 1990. His very first game was against the Newcastle Knights. In 1992, Will played for the Indigenous Australian rugby league team. This was during the 1992 Pacific Cup tournament. He was even chosen as one of the best players in the tournament.

Playing for Different Teams

Will usually played as a five-eighth or halfback. In 1994, his last year with the Tigers, he moved to play in the centres. After leaving the Balmain Tigers, he joined the South Sydney Rabbitohs. He played with them for two seasons, in 1995 and 1996. During this time, he also played as a hooker.

From 1997 to 1998, Will played for the Illawarra Steelers. He was part of their very last game in the top league. This game was a close 25–24 loss against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in 1998.

Moving to England

After playing in Australia, Will moved to England. In 1999, he played for the Gateshead Thunder. The next year, in 2000, he joined Hull FC.

Returning Home

After his time in England, Will returned to his hometown of Coonabarabran in Australia. There, he helped the local team, the Unicorns, win their first ever Group 4 First Grade Premiership. This big win happened in 2003, when they beat the North Tamworth Bears.
