Wolfhart Westendorf facts for kids
Wolfhart Westendorf (18 September 1924 – 23 February 2018) was a Polish-born German Egyptologist. Westendorf was born in Świebodzin, Poland. He was a co-author of the Grundriss der Medizin der alten Ägypter, the most well published study of the subject of ancient Egyptian medicine done in any language. He had also published many other books on Egyptology and the ancient Egyptian language.
Westendorf died in Berlin on 23 February 2018 at the age of 93.
