The Wonky Donkey is a very popular children's book and song. It was created by Craig Smith from New Zealand. The fun pictures in the book were drawn by Katz Cowley.
This book started as a song that Craig Smith wrote in 2005. He got the idea from a funny joke: "What do you call a donkey with three legs? - A wonky donkey!" The song became so popular that it was turned into a book in 2010.
In 2018, the book became even more famous because of a special video. A grandmother was filmed laughing a lot while trying to read the book to her grandchild. This video was shared many times online and became very popular around the world. Because of this video, many more people bought the book!
