Xavier Ortiz facts for kids
Xavier Ortiz Ramírez (born June 29, 1962 or 1972 – died September 7, 2020) was a talented Mexican artist. He was known for many things: being an actor, a singer, a model, and even a TV host. He was also a dentist and a business owner.
Xavier was a member of a popular music group called Garibaldi. This group had eight members and was very famous. On April 17, 1999, he married another former member of Garibaldi, Patricia Manterola. They were together for 15 years, first as a couple and then as husband and wife.
While with Garibaldi, Xavier appeared in the movie Dónde quedó la bolita. After leaving the band, he acted in several telenovelas (Mexican soap operas) for Televisa. He also had roles in films like Journey from the Fall and the Mexican play P.S. Your Cat Is Dead.
