Yılmaz Vural (born January 1, 1953) is a well-known Turkish football manager and a former player. He played as a midfielder for teams like Hacettepe and Sivasspor in the 1970s. He is famous for his energetic and passionate way of coaching football teams.

Yılmaz Vural is known for his very active and strong coaching style. He has managed many different football clubs in the Turkish League. Interestingly, he has coached almost every major team except for the "big three" clubs: Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, and Galatasaray.

- In 2008, he left Vestel Manisaspor after a short time.
- On October 10, 2012, he became the manager of Elazığspor. He later resigned from this role in May 2013.
- A street in his hometown of Adapazarı was named after him. This was part of a special project by the local government.
- One of his most talked-about moments happened in December 2015. He was hired by Gençlerbirliği but was let go just six days later. This happened after only one game, which his team lost 2-0 to Eskisehirspor.
