Early Life and Musical Journey
Katia Chemberdzhi was born in Moscow, Russia. Music was a big part of her family! Her grandparents, Zara Levina and Nikolai Chemberdzhi, were also composers. Katia started learning music when she was just seven years old.
Later, she studied music at the famous Moscow Conservatory. This is a special school for very talented musicians. She learned how to compose music and play the piano there.
