Yileen "Buddy" Gordon (born 3 April 1987) is an Australian rugby league player. He is also known as Yilleen Gordon. He played for teams like the South Sydney Rabbitohs, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, and Penrith Panthers. Yileen mostly played in the centres, but he also played in the back-row.

Yileen's Rugby League Journey

Yileen Gordon began his professional rugby league career in 2005. He joined the South Sydney Rabbitohs and made his first big game appearance. This debut game was against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in round 13 of the 2005 NRL season.

Early Career with the Rabbitohs

When Yileen wasn't playing for the main South Sydney team, he played for their partner club, the North Sydney Bears. The Bears are part of the Intrust Super Premiership NSW competition. In 2007, Yileen played for the North Sydney Bears in their grand final match. Even though they lost to Parramatta, he scored a try in the first half.

Yileen played a total of 31 games for the North Sydney Bears. During these games, he scored 17 tries, which is a great achievement for a player.

Moving to New Teams

In 2008, Yileen signed with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. This was the same team he played against in his very first professional game. After his time with the Bulldogs, he joined the Penrith Panthers for the 2011 season. His first game for Penrith was a loss against the New Zealand Warriors in round 8.

During the 2011 season, Yileen spent most of his time playing for the Panthers' partner club. This team was the Windsor Wolves, who also played in the NSW Cup.

In 2014, Yileen signed a contract with the West Tigers. However, his time with the club ended before he played any games. The club stated that his contract ended due to a "breach of his playing terms and conditions."

After this, he played for Thirlmere in 2014. Then, in 2015, he joined the Wyong Roos. Yileen scored two tries in his very first game for the Wyong Roos.
