Yubeshi facts for kids
Yubeshi is a kind of japanese confection ("sweets"). Yubeshi is made in different shapes. Usually it is made with rice or rice flour, some nuts and a citrus fruit, often Yuzu. Walnuts are commonly used. Making Yubeshi is a lot of work.
