Yusuke Murayama (村山 祐介, Murayama Yūsuke, born June 10, 1981) is a former Japanese football player. He was known for playing as a defender, a position focused on stopping the other team from scoring goals.

Yusuke Murayama's Football Journey
Starting Out: Youth and College Football
Yusuke Murayama began his football journey in Japan. From 1997 to 1999, he was part of the youth team at Júbilo Iwata, a well-known professional football club. After that, he continued to play football while attending Kokushikan University from 2000 to 2003. During his time at the university, he also played for the Kokushikan University SC team in the Japan Football League.
Playing Professionally in Japan
Murayama started his professional career in 2004 with Shonan Bellmare. He played for this club in the J2 League for four seasons, until 2007. He was a regular player for them, appearing in many matches.
Later in 2007, he moved to Omiya Ardija, a team in the top Japanese league, the J1 League. He played for Omiya Ardija until 2009. In 2010, he joined Oita Trinita, another team in the J2 League.
