You could watch ZAZ through different cable TV companies in Mexico and Latin America. When it first started, ZAZ showed animated and live-action shows that were not violent. In its last few years, the channel changed its focus. It began showing anime series and movies for the whole family.
Why ZAZ Stopped Broadcasting
ZAZ stopped showing programs on July 31, 2012. This happened because not enough people were watching it. Also, the channel started to lose some of its shows.
After ZAZ closed, there was no official new channel to take its place. However, many cable TV systems that used to have ZAZ started showing a music channel called Exa TV. Exa TV is also owned by MVS Comunicaciones, the same company that owned ZAZ.
