Zana Briski (born October 25, 1966) is a talented British photographer and filmmaker. One of her films won an Oscar in 2004 for Best Documentary Feature.
She also started a group called Kids with Cameras. This non-profit organization teaches photography to children around the world. These children often live in difficult situations. Zana Briski became interested in photography when she was just 10 years old.
After finishing her master's degree at the University of Cambridge, she studied photography. She learned about documentary photography at the International Center of Photography in New York.
