Zhytomyr Confectionery, also known as "ZhL," is a company in Ukraine that makes many kinds of delicious sweets. It's part of a bigger group of companies that produce tasty treats. The factory started making sweets in 1994. It used to be known as "Zhytomyrski Lasoshchi."
Sweet Treats from ZhL
ZhL makes a huge variety of treats! They produce boxed sweets, chocolate bars, and different kinds of candies. You can also find chocolate snacks, crispy chocolate wafers, and yummy biscuits. They even make fudge and special cereal bars. Some of their products are made with yogurt or are sugar-free.
The factory can make over 80,000 tons of sweets every year. That's a lot of candy! Their products are sold under four main brand names: ZhL, Doma, Optimix, and Stevix.
In 2012, some of ZhL's products received "Halal" certification. This means they are made in a way that follows Islamic dietary laws. Zhytomyr Confectionery Factory also makes many healthy products and special treats just for kids.

ZhL doesn't just sell its sweets in Ukraine. They export their products to 26 different countries! This includes countries in Europe, the Middle East, and even far-off places like the United States, China, and New Zealand.
