Česlovas Juršėnas (born 18 May 1938) is a well-known Lithuanian politician. He once served as the Speaker of the Seimas, which is like the leader of Lithuania's parliament. The Seimas is where important laws for the country are made.

Early Life and Education
Česlovas Juršėnas was born on May 18, 1938. He grew up in a place called Panižiškė, which was part of Poland at the time.
School Days
In 1955, he finished Ignalina secondary school. He was a very good student and even received a gold medal!
University Studies
After high school, he went to Vilnius University. He studied hard and graduated from the university in 1960.
