ATV (stylized as atv) is a very popular TV channel in Turkey. It's a free-to-air channel, which means you can watch it without paying a special fee. The channel is owned by a company called Turkuvaz Media Group. In August 2013, ATV was the most-watched channel in Turkey. About 22% of all TV viewers were watching ATV at that time!

About ATV
ATV first started broadcasting on 12 July 1993. It was created by a group called Sabah Group. Over the years, the channel's ownership changed a few times. In 2002, it was owned by Ciner Media Group. Later, in 2007, it was managed by a special fund in Turkey. Since 2013, it has been part of Çalık Holding's Turkuvaz Media Group.
