A Town in Panic
When people in Scotia find out about the tiger, they get very scared. Most of the townsfolk want Raja to be killed. But one person, Julie Williams, feels differently. Julie is played by Pamela Franklin. She is the daughter of the town's sheriff.

She asks children all over the country to help. This brings a lot of attention to the quiet town of Scotia.
