Adão Nunes Dornelles (born April 2, 1923 – died August 30, 1991), known as Adãozinho, was a talented Brazilian football player. He was a striker, which means his main job was to score goals for his team. Adãozinho was born in Porto Alegre, a city in Brazil.
He played for some big football clubs in Brazil. He was also part of the Brazilian national team. Adãozinho helped his country reach the final of the 1950 FIFA World Cup, which was held in Brazil. He passed away in 1991 when he was 68 years old.

Adãozinho played for several football clubs during his career.
- He started his journey at Diário Official F. C. from 1932 to 1942.
- From 1943 to 1951, he played for Internacional. This is one of the biggest clubs in Brazil.
