The Adler Hotel was a large, five-story hotel in Sharon Springs, New York. It had 150 rooms and was open from 1929 to 2004. People loved it for its special sulfur spa, which was thought to be good for health. Many Jewish families visited the hotel during the summer. Later, when filmmaker Steven Spielberg was getting ready for his movie Schindler's List, he talked to people staying at the hotel who had survived difficult times.
