Adron Lamar Chambers (born October 8, 1986) is an American former professional baseball outfielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the St. Louis Cardinals from 2011 to 2013.

Early Life and Sports Beginnings
Adron Chambers grew up in Pensacola, Florida. He was a talented athlete from a young age. At Pensacola High School, he was the star quarterback for his football team.
After high school, Adron went to Mississippi State University on a football scholarship. However, he later decided to focus on baseball. He continued his baseball journey at Pensacola Junior College. In 2007, the St. Louis Cardinals picked him in the 38th round of the amateur draft. This was the start of his professional baseball career.

Starting in the Minor Leagues
Adron Chambers began his professional baseball career in 2007. He played for the Johnson City Cardinals, where he hit well. In 2008, he played for the Quad Cities River Bandits. He also showed off his speed by stealing 13 bases.
In 2009, Adron played for the Palm Beach Cardinals. He had a great year, hitting .283 and stealing 21 bases. He also hit 16 triples, which are hits where a player reaches third base. In 2010, he split his time between the Springfield Cardinals and the Memphis Redbirds. He continued to hit well and steal bases.
Making it to the St. Louis Cardinals
On September 6, 2011, Adron Chambers got his big chance. He was called up to play for the St. Louis Cardinals in Major League Baseball. Just ten days later, on September 16, 2011, he got his first MLB hit. This hit was a triple that brought in the winning runs for the Cardinals against the Philadelphia Phillies. It was an exciting moment for him and the team.
Adron also helped the Cardinals in other ways. On September 24, 2011, during a game against the Chicago Cubs, he encouraged the fans to cheer loudly. The Cardinals were behind, but after the fans started cheering, the team rallied. Adron even got into the game as a pinch-runner and scored the winning run! This win was very important for the Cardinals to make it to the playoffs.
Winning the World Series
Adron Chambers' biggest moment came on October 28, 2011. He was added to the St. Louis Cardinals' 2011 World Series roster. This happened just before Game 7 against the Texas Rangers. The Cardinals went on to win the World Series, making Adron a World Series champion!
After 2011, Adron continued to play for the Cardinals and their minor league teams in 2012 and 2013. He played in the 2013 National League Divisional Series and the 2013 National League Championship Series.
Playing for Other Teams
After his time with the Cardinals, Adron Chambers played for several other baseball teams.
Houston Astros
In November 2013, Adron signed a deal with the Houston Astros. He played in spring training games with them. Then, he was sent to their Triple-A team, the Oklahoma City RedHawks. He started as their center-fielder and leadoff hitter. Unfortunately, he injured his finger early in the season. After recovering, he played in 25 games for the RedHawks, hitting .281.
Toronto Blue Jays
In June 2014, Adron was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays. He was then assigned to their Triple-A team, the Buffalo Bisons.
Chicago Cubs
On December 23, 2014, Adron signed with the Chicago Cubs organization. He played 88 games for their Triple-A team, the Iowa Cubs, in 2015. He hit .280 and stole nine bases that season.
Independent League Baseball
After his time in Major League Baseball organizations, Adron played in independent baseball leagues. These leagues are not directly connected to MLB teams.
- Bridgeport Bluefish: In June 2016, he joined the Bridgeport Bluefish in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball.
- Ottawa Champions: In August 2016, he signed with the Ottawa Champions in the Can-Am League. He helped the Champions win their league championship that year! He played for them again in 2016.
- Sussex County Miners: In June 2017, Adron was traded to the Sussex County Miners.
Return to MLB System and Final Stint
In February 2018, Adron signed a minor league deal with the Philadelphia Phillies. He played for their Triple-A team, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. He was released in August 2018.
In August 2019, Adron had a second stint with the Ottawa Champions in the Can-Am League before becoming a free agent.
